This sample gives you a look inside Lesson 1 of 8. Across the full CAPES Certified Foundations Coach experience, you will:

Strengthen your ability to guide students through a wide range of needs and challenges while supporting the five CASEL competencies: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, relationship skills, and responsible decision-making.
Build a foundational understanding of common mental health, neurodevelopmental, and disability-related needs that can affect how students learn, communicate, regulate emotions, build relationships, and participate.
Complete 60 hours of fully asynchronous, on-demand training, followed by a certification test designed to demonstrate your understanding and practical application of CAPES approaches.
